Hatha Yoga is about bringing balance to the body, mind, and spirit through the use of breath and movement.  This class is good for all ages and skill levels and includes pose modifications. The first class is free.  Thereafter, a 7 session pass is $70, or drop-in is $15 per session.  JoAnn has been practicing yoga for eight years and is registered with Yoga Alliance.  To register call JoAnn Weiss at 770-789-0785.

Looking for more peace?  Looking to find a little more balance in your life?  Want to gather with friends and learn something new?  Come visit the UUCG Tai Chi group on Thursday nights 7:00-8:30.  All are welcome.  No experience necessary; we will teach you everything you need to know (or at least everything we know) about this ancient form of meditation in motion.

All ages and levels are welcome to T’ai Chi at UUCG. Wear comfortable clothes and practice in sock feet or flat soft shoes if you have some. T’ai Chi is open to members, friends, and visitors.
