Two Hands Sangha is a Buddhist Meditation Community which meets to train the heart and mind to respond to life with mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. Join us each week as we connect to explore the ways in which these teachings can be applied to your daily life to help alleviate suffering of all kinds. All are welcome, regardless of your level of experience.
