We will create a safe container using several different breathing methods and evocative music to allow for a heart centered journey through feelings, sensations, and inner visions! There will be time for journaling at the end.
Participants should eat a light lunch at least an hour before we begin, bring a water bottle with non sugary, non alchoholic, and non caffeinated tea, water or other hydrating beverage, and should dress in layers or have a sheet or blanket in case you get chilly (yes even in May!). If you desire to lie down, pillows, pads, yoga mats, thick blankets or whatever you would need to be comfortable on a hard floor are recommend! Sitting is fine, on the floor, in the church chairs, or a comfortable chair you want to bring. Journals are optional, but encouraged!
