At Noon: Getting prepared for the winter months also means getting prepared for the cold and flu season. Join Sherree for a demonstration of how to create a cold and flu tea bomb.

At 1:00pm: Join us for a meditation to cultivate self-awareness, release negativity towards yourself, and promote inner peace and harmony. By combining ancient healing techniques and shadow work, Juliana will guide you through a journey into the past to heal a younger version of yourself. This meditation allows you to go as deep as you choose.

Bring a dish for potluck to share afterwards as we fellowship and discuss upcoming events, and possibly play some games. It’s a relaxing gathering so come prepared to lay back… might even want to bring a pillow and blanket to snuggle up with.
