As people’s employment becomes uncertain, there is a great need for donations of food at local food banks. UUCG will be collecting non-perishables for delivery to the Lawrenceville Cooperative Ministry. They are extremely busy. Their most needed items at this time are

• Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, etc.)
• Pasta Sauce
• Canned Fruit
• Canned Pasta
• Canned Chicken
• Oatmeal (family size/packets)
• Vienna Sausages
• Ramen Noodles

Of course, they’ll accept any non-perishable items. That said, if your own economic circumstances have been affected and you need food or other assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact Rev. Jan or the Care Team. Thanks for helping “nurture community and connections beyond our walls.”
