Nurturing Gratitude for Group Safety

Because we respect everyone’s worth and dignity, we make the safety of all a priority as we plan the sacred spaces we open and the way we conduct our gatherings. And, we are grateful for the safety specialists who we ask to help us take care of each other in times of need.

Mindfulness and Meditation
Two Hands Sangha is a Buddhist Meditation Community which meets to train the heart and mind to respond to life with mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. Join us each week as we connect to explore the ways in which these teachings can be applied to your daily life to help alleviate suffering of all kinds. All are welcome, regardless of your level of experience.
