Greetings Health Advocates and Health Providers,

You are invited to participate as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor at the Health, Metaphysics, and Sustainability Fair 2018, which is being hosted by UUCG (Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Gwinnett). The theme of this fair is “All Things Healthy”. This fair will be held on Saturday, February 24 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at UUCG, 12 Bethesda Church Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30044.

UUCG sincerely cares about the health of all people and all life on the planet. UUCG is also committed to the preservation of the health of the environment. UUCG believes that when all those who are concerned are equipped with the knowledge that is necessary to maintain and/or restore health to the people, planet, and environment, a tremendous healing and positive impact will be made within the community at large.

The plan for this fair is that it will include healthy products, farm-fresh wholesome food, and health services available for purchase, including health education presentations by local health experts. If you would be interested in providing a health education presentation as an Exhibitor or Sponsor, please contact the Fair Coordinator (see below). Exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to offer free health literature, screenings, product or produce samples, and/or demonstrations. Exhibitors are also welcomed and encouraged to sell their products and/or services at this fair (see Notice on the registration form).

The Indoor Exhibitor space will include one table and two chairs. Outdoor Exhibitor spaces will be large enough for you to erect your own tent or canopy for your own tables, displays, etc. If you will have any additional needs (e.g., electricity, etc.), list them as directed on the Application/Registration Form on the back side of this letter. On the day of the fair event, Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the UUCG building or outside grounds from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for setup. The fee to participate as an indoor Exhibitor is $50 (Fifty Dollars).   The fee for an outdoor Exhibitor space is $35. The fee to participate as a Sponsor ranges from $50 (Fifty Dollars) to $500 (Five Hundred Dollars). For more specific details related to fees and participation, see the Application/Registration Form.
