This Learning Group, built around our congregational Covenant and with some of the practices of a deep listening covenant group, will spend 12 two-hour sessions together investigating and reflecting on the effects of white privilege in our culture and how we can begin to dismantle the white supremacy system that we otherwise participate in every day.

Participants commit to Working on Whiteness for the entire process in the spirit of our covenant.
